I made Smitten Kitchen's
Multigrain Apple Crisps a few weeks ago, it was really good, probably the classic fruit crisp, and it was a bit more healthy than one with just white flour and butter.
We also made Melissa Clark's
Polenta and Broccoli Rabe Lasagna - perhaps beciase we did not use quick cooking polenta this was not great. It was sort of a mess of polenta and noodles, I though the layers would have been more defined.
