I know it's way early to be planning Christmas cookie factory, and that it's not even Halloween, but give me break. I live in the suburbs where people feel the need to fill their days and lives celebrating each holiday at least a month in advance, starting October 1 and not ending until, well, not February, and not March, or April . . . (not that this particular suburban habit bugs me)
I'm thinking ahead three months because I bought all these tins to fill with cookies, and Mr. Pubby encouraged me by starting to buy cookie making supplies, and my birthday is coming up so I want to start baking a cake and maybe something tasty for the party, and work is busy so this is a distraction . . .
Anyway, I need to figure out what to make. Do I repeat last year's kinds? Mix it up? I want to do more cut outs this year. Maybe Tigers for early New Year's cookies. Raow!
